How does the coffee subscription work?
Each month, we curate a selection of single-origin beans from a new country. You choose your roast preference, grind type, and frequency, then we deliver freshly roasted coffee right to your door.
When will my coffee be roasted and shipped?
To ensure peak freshness, we roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 24 hours of roasting. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you have full control over your subscription. You can skip a shipment, change your delivery frequency, or cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
What is the difference between your grind types?
We offer whole bean for maximum freshness, or pre-ground options including drip, espresso, and French press to suit your specific brewing method.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to bring global coffee to enthusiasts worldwide in the near future.
What is your return policy on coffee products?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact our support team and we will make it right.
