Due to the perishable nature of our fresh-roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on coffee beans, but we are committed to ensuring you love every cup. If you are unsatisfied with your order or received a damaged item, please contact our support team within 30 days for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process

Email our customer experience team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue with your coffee or equipment.
- 2.Quality Assessment
Our team will review your request and may ask for photos if the item was damaged during transit to help us improve our shipping process.
- 3.Resolution Selection
Depending on your preference, we will arrange for a fresh replacement bag of a different roast profile or issue a refund to your original payment method.
- 4.Processing
Once approved, replacements are roasted to order and shipped within 48 hours, while refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
